Booking Cancellation Policy

All appointments are extremely important to me, as I'm striving to support as many women as possible.  I realise that life can throw up some unexpected circumstances that may require you to change or cancel your appointment.

All bookings will receive two reminders, 48 hours, and 2 hours before the appointment start.  Changes to the appointment can be made via the link in those emails.

Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours' notice to avoid being charged for the session.  All cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a 50% fee, payable by invoice before the next appointment.

If you are running late for your appointment, I request that you inform me at least 60 minutes before the session starts, and I will make every allowance to extend your appointment time where possible.

If I'm not informed that you're running late, I will remain on the call for 15 minutes.  After this time, the appointment will be cancelled and will be forfeit.

There is some flexibility in this policy for emergencies but remember a scheduled appointment is time reserved for you, and last-minute changes won't be made available to other clients.
